Yes We Offer All the Application and Admin Fees Waived, as well as 3% off Base Rent when a 12+ month lease is approved. 

• Are pets allowed? Yes
• Types? – No breed restriction
• If there is a “No Breed Restrictions” Policy, how are pets approved? The Manager conducts a pet interview
• Is there a pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent? –  Yes
• Costs? - Pet dep. $300 (per pet - one time fee) – Pet Rent $30 (per pet - per month)
• Do you have a dog park or pet amenities? – Yes, there is a Dog Park and pet waste stations. 

• Do you have covered or reserved parking? – No Covered Parking Available. We offer Reserved spaces -  $35 per spot per month.  
• Are there garages and/or storage units available for an additional charge? – NO
• Are you close to public transit? – Yes Bus stops within walking distance from property.
• How do I add additional visitor cars to my list for temporary parking passes? – they register their car through the online towing portal, signs are up around the property, or ask the person they are visiting for into as well.
• If a car gets towed, who do I contact? – the towing company that is listed on the signs, or they can contact the office to give them the info. 

• How do I submit a maintenance request? – On your online resident portal
• Is emergency maintenance available 24/7? – YES
• How do I contact the Emergency maintenance on call? – Call the office number and follow the prompts
• How quickly are service requests handled? – Within a timely manner. 

• Do you host monthly resident events? Yes, monthly resident event are scheduled. These can include food trucks, pool parties, holiday celebrations, morning "grab-n-go" meals, and so much more!
• Do you have a business center? Yes, there is a quiet room with computers and stations to plug in your own laptop and connect to the free wifi.
• Do you offer complimentary coffee for residents? Yes, Residents are encouraged to stop in for a cup of morning Coffee - or anytime you need a little pick me up throughout the day!
• Is there an online portal for rent payments? Yes - As a Resident, you will be signed up for an account to access the portal where you will be able to pay rent, send emails, report maintenance issues, etc.
